In case of return of any item, the customer will pay the shipping cost of the returned item.
There is no refund of money, the person will be given a credit for the same amount paid for the piece.
The customer has 72 hours after receiving the order to notify the return of the product, by contacting
our chat on the website or by email at info@milansfashion.com. We will provide you with the shipping
address when reporting the return. Once the package arrives, we will verify that the part has not been
used and is in perfect condition. You will automatically have 30 days to use the credit in
the online store. Broken or stained parts will NOT be accepted, if so, it will not be accepted. We will
accept the return and you will pay the shipping. Everything that is in liquidation, sale or with some
discount will not have a return. Items such as swimsuits or children's suits are NOT returnable. It will
always be made clear if each piece runs to size, large or small in the description of each product.
